1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Doppo Branding Agency website ("Doppo", "we", "us", "our") or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@doppoprint.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed and paid for. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including after payment — in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability, in which case any payment collected will be refunded in full.
Payments are processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave, or by direct bank transfer. Doppo does not store your card details; all card payments are handled directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. An order is only confirmed as paid after successful, verified payment — we do not manually mark orders as paid on the basis of a submitted reference alone.
4. Custom Designs & Uploaded Content
When you upload a logo, image, or design for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you grant Doppo a limited licence to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploaded content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Doppo reserves the right to refuse to print content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.
5. Production & Delivery
All products are made on demand. Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided on our Shipping & Returns Policy page and on individual product pages; these are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by order volume, customisation complexity, and courier delays outside our control.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Because products are custom-printed to order, cancellation is only possible before production begins. Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered — see our Shipping & Returns Policy for the full return process.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content — text, graphics, logos, product photography, and site design — is the property of Doppo Branding Agency or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doppo Branding Agency's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or a purchased product is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from delays, product defects, or service interruptions.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@doppoprint.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abia State, Nigeria.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
